Enhancements: Reports: A new member report, "Membership by City" is available. A new member report, "Status Counts by City" is available Additional fields from the membership Status Change History are now available for user-reports and report criteria. The new fields are called: Status Name (Historic), Status Start Date (Historic), Status End Date (Historic), Status Changed By (Historic), and Status Changed Date (Historic) General: The F2 key now functions as a shortcut to toggle between the Basic and Advanced search styles on the various search windows. Problems/Issues Fixed: When a date is used on the Membership List basic search, and the search window is reopened after viewing the results, the existing date value appears to be reloaded but is not always recognized if Search is clicked again. A phantom record sometimes appears on the membership list when a new record is started, an error occurs when saving (such as a missing required field), and the record is then cancelled without saving. If you try to create a new user where the user name matches an inactive/deleted user's name, but the new user name has a trailing space, an error occurs because the system doesn't notice the duplicate before trying to save. When importing associated members, the association type does not get converted from the text value (i.e., Father) into the internal ID value, and therefore does not get saved. When adding a member to a group (via the member tab on the group record) the cursor can get stuck in the read-only member name display field. This field should not trigger validation. |

Enhancements: General This release just fixes a database issue that prevented the quick search from working on the default membership list. Problems/Issues Fixed: The quick search (top of the list) is not working on the default membership list. You have to manually add columns to be searchable before anything is returned. |

Enhancements: General The search box at the top of the member/group/activity list now waits until there has been a one-third second (300 millisecond) pause in typing before actually searching, to avoid searching a large list repeatedly as each letter is typed in the search box. Problems/Issues Fixed: The Last Update date was not being updated when a change was made to a custom field, or running a bulk update via the Change Data window. The date is intended to be the date of the last change to the main record, so it is not updated when a child "list" like dues, items, or To Do entries are changed.
